1920: | Established by 6 brothers. Initially operating as peanut oil plant and focus on peanut and peanut oil wholesale. |

1922: | Establish Chia Fha store, selling peanuts, oil and food item’s wholesale and retail. |
1931: | Through the development of automatic de-shell machine for peanuts, Chia Fha has become the first to utilize technology to ensure optimum production in Taiwan. |
1950: | second generation, through the support of elders, established the first flour mill: Chia Yi Flour Mill. |
1969: | Due to business expansion, through the joint decision of the board, new flour mill is build under the name Chia Fha Enterprise Co., Ltd. Chia Yi flour mill has been merged into Chia Fha. |
1978 & 1988: | Through two expansion, the milling capacity is expanded to 360 T / 24 hours. |
1991: | To raise the efficiency and ensure safety of product, flour & bran automatic conveying system is built. |
1996: | Complete the silo bin automation. Addition of computerized flour blending and bulk flour capability. |
1999: | To ensure professional development, Chia Fha purchased the newest milling equipment and established a second line. This is used to avoid cross contamination of different grade of flour. Capacity of 100T/24 hr is added for soft wheat line. |
2010: | To fit the expansion requirement, second line of computerized blending system is acquired. |
2017: | To comply to more strict food safety and modern management requirement, implementation of IoT technology is used to enhance the production process. |
